Dear Chapman Chevy,

I owned a 06' Chrysler Pacifica that I was more than 10k upside down. I went to several different dealerships and every single one said the same thing to me. They either wanted more than 7k down to take my trade or they just simple couldn't help me. I hated my car more than anything and wanted badly out of it. I heard about the many programs that Chapman offers one day while listening to the radio and I decided to give it one more shot. I e-mailed a sales representative that day and explained my story. To my surprise I received a phone call within the hour. The sales representative told me that he would do everything possible to help me get out of my vehicle and to get into something I wanted. (I have always wanted a truck for years, but never thought I could afford one.) I went down to the dealership the next day and was very surprised that they were more than willing to help me. Their sales staff was extremely curtious and treated me with so much respect. I wasn't able to find a vehicle that day , but my sales rep kept on it all night and the next day and finally found something that they knew I could afford and I would love. They never pressured me into anything and I never felt forced into a situation like I had when I bought my previous vehicle. I now am the proud owner of a 2008 Chevy Crew cab Silverado that I love and best of all I am not upside down anymore. This is the first time I have ever loved my vehicle and I owe it all to the friendly people at Chapman. I recommend all my friends to go to Chapman now and I will always do all my future vehicle shopping with them. Thanks again.

I am kiss FM 104.7 listener and heard about Chapman's great deals. Also, they help with the christmas wish program.I went there and would like to tell everyone about their great service rendered to me. My salesman Bob, Robert,Dan, and Josh went above and beyond to help me trade in my car, (even with a balance of about 9,000) and helped me with my financing. They are an exceptional "team". They did not just sell me anything, Robert (new car director) made it possible for me to get a brand new chevy cobalt 2008. (when I thought I could not get a brand new one). So, I am very appreciative for the monetary assistance provided to help with insurance and cash. I recommend them to anyone needing a vehicle, and honesty. You guys are awesome!!!

I'm a no-nonsense kind of guy, and I don't want to waste your time with a bunch of mushy sentimentality about a car purchase, but I have to let someone know the amazing help with a car purchase I received from Chapman Chevrolet and New Car Director Robert Revere. (Wait - I have to wipe away a tear.)

I listen to JohnJay and Rich on KISS-FM 104.7 every morning (these guys and Carrie are hilarious) and went to their website last week when I found out that Chapman was the new Christmas Wish partner ( an absolutely fantastic program that grants Christmas wishes to deserving families - talk about wiping away a tear !). I linked to their site where there was an area asking for unique car-related issues with which they may help, so I entered something similar to the following:

My situation was completely helpless (so I thought). I was driving a 2002 Malibu with over 125,000 miles and remaining payments of almost $10,000. My credit is a lot less than perfect and I was already pricing engine replacements, when I got a call from a salesman (Barry) telling me he could help with my situation. Being an ex-salesman myself, I let out a loud, "Yeah, right!" I went in last night and those guys 'beat the sticks' until they put me in a 2007 Mercury with enough rebates and incentives (the main one being Robert Revere's effort to help because of his KISS-FM radio program to put JohnJay and Rich listeners in Chapman cars) that allowed me to pay off my dead Malibu and kept my payments right where I requested with the exact down payment I said I could cover. And the process was the shortest one of all the car purchases I've ever had. They even gave me the free gas card and DVD player, even though getting me out from under the Malibu was miraculous enough.

Go see the guys at Chapman for a no-nonsense car buying experience. Even if they can't help you, they will not try to hard sell you on something you don't need.
