Warranty Recall
I would like to thank Tanya and Chris M. for providing excellent customer service. One of the recall parts came with the wrong wiring harness and Chris was able to obtain the correct one. Thanks

Recall of Air Bags.
We were notified by Chapman Chevrolet that the air bags that were recalled previously had been received at the dealership. They set up an appointment for us for Tuesday at 8:00 am on April 25th. We received a call Tues April 24th in the late afternoon asking if we were keeping appt. I replied yes. When we arrived at 7:40 am, we were told by Curt that he couldn't find our info and after 10+ minutes left and went to talk to "someone", We were then informed that our parts had only been ordered the previous day and we would have to return when they arrived. When we questioned what had happened, Curt was very arrogant and told us he wouldn 't argue with us, we would have to come back another time and they would notify us. Very unsatisfactory experience. Poor customer service. Not at all happy with Chapman Service any more. We have purchased vehicles from Chapman for MANY years. Service has gotten worse in the last several years. Not sure what happened, but people in service we had dealt with no longer there???

Quick lube
They were very quick...no complaints there, but thought they would run the car through the wash, but didn't do so

Not so "Quick" Lube
Was in Quick Lube recently for an oil change & inspection, and, was there longer than normal. There was only 1 person ahead of me, and, they were out of there long before I was. Was not happy with the time it took for a simple oil & filter change, tire rotation, and, car wash. Also, a lack of discount oil change coupons doesn't make me happy to spend almost $55 for this type of service.

My wife went in to your Quick Lube for an oil change on Wed. It took TWO hrs. to finish. Not what I would call " Quick " A little disappointed this time.
