My story started a few weeks back,I meant to call Chapman in Yuma which is where I live one day I thought I dialed the Chapman in Yuma number,but I dialed Chapman in Tempe.Lima answered I told him I was looking for a certain person,He replied there was no person by that name that worked there. Then he proceeded to ask me how he could help me. I told him my situation with the dealers that I was dealing with here in Yuma ever since that day, he has always kept in contact with me. He was very eager to help me as to the people here in Yuma at the dealership, they weren’t very eager to help me, that is why I drove to Tempe from Yuma and purchased a vehicle from him. He is an exceptional person and salesman very professional. I would recommend all my family and friends to him. He is a great person.

Ever since I moved to AZ from Chgo, IL; 7 years ago, I’ve had my 2014 Chevy Equinox serviced at Chapman Chevrolet in Tempe. Even now that I moved to Mesa; I still drive the extra miles & extra time to Chapman because I TRUST them and also because of the COST of their services & how wonderful their staff is. I have had no issues at all. They throughly explain any services my car may need in detail & in priority order so I don’t always have to worry about having everything done on the same day. Plus they are always so patient with me. They answer all my questions and concerns. They even inform me of any savings; coupons that are available! Just when I brought it in for recalls. Air was working now it not asked if they unplugged Battery they said yes and then they changed their mind so I had to pay a fee for finding out why it didn't work.

Great Customer Service!

I have a 2014 Stingray. at 58,000 the power train had a major problem. Although it was under 100K miles the warranty was for 5 years. The repair would be $6,000! I was pretty upset and found other people had the same problem. The service manager worked with Chevrolet/GM and they ended up paying over half of that! WOW! Can service be any better than that? Rest assured, you have my business and referrals from now on. Thanks so much. Your entire staff is great as well.
